RATES FOR THE 2012 YEAR
(Includes 1st morning's breakfast food)

Additional 10% tax will be charged on all rates below

1 week stay:

$1100 per week for 2 people

$10/day each additional person 6-18 years old

$25/day each additional adult over 18 years old

4 to 6 day stay:

$170/day for 2 people

$10/day each additional person 6-18 years old

$25/day each additional adult over 18 years old

3-day stay:

$175/day for 2 people

$10/day each additional person 6-18 years old

$25/day each additional adult over 18 years old

2-day stay:

$200/day for 2 people

$10/day each additional person 6-18 years old

$25/day each additional adult over 18 years old

1-day stay:

We do not take long term reservations for one day stays unless it is in our off season. E-mail us at
lehmer@peoplepc.com for availability and pricing if you are a last minute traveler. Even during our busy season, we may have opening. Rates for 1 day stays start from $250 per night for 2 people.

Pets $20 per night

Small well-behaved pets (under 20 lbs) are allowed upon request. Owner must be willing to clean after their pets (including the yards) and gracefully assume financial responsibility for any damages their pet will hopefully not do. If you have a larger pet, please check our Oswegatchie River Lodge, as we allow larger pets there.

We require a returnable safety deposit of $200 for pets.

Balance of payment is due upon arrival and we prefer and accept personal checks to avoid what has become very high credit card fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As we are a vacation rental, most of our reservations are made months in advance, so we have a nonrefundable deposit policy unless we can rent the lodge to someone else. If you do need to cancel, we will do everything we can to find a new renter, and if we can, we will give you all your deposit money back less a 15% cancellation fee. If you decide to cancel, we ask you to give us as much notice as possible so we can attempt to rent the lodge to another party for both our benefits.

POLICY

Check in time is 4 PM.
Check out time is 12 (noon).
Flexibility upon request if possible.

No smoking in the house -- we provide several ash trays for smoking outside.
Please use them.

Responsible Alcohol consumption OK -- BYO

BC Lodge is designed for 1 group at a time, and we can accommodate up to 8 people if some of them are children.
It is not designed for more than 2 independent couples at a time.

Trash - we have recycle cans at the back of the house.
Please separate your trash accordingly.

Guests - Overnight guests are permitted if space allows and will be charged at the same rate as additional person. We need to be notified if additional guests are going to stay over night. Only 4 guests are permitted at the lodge at any time.

No large parties permitted.

Please leave the farmhouse and surrounding area reasonably clean. If you cook, please clean your dishes and put everything away. We will take care of linens, towels and vacuuming. The Beaver Creek farmhouse has been a total labor of love for us and we will appreciate your caring for it as much as we did bringing it back to life.  We hope you will enjoy your stay here and will express your appreciation by helping to keep the Beaver Creek Lodge a wonderful and elegant place to stay. We  hope you will come back again and again.
